Our ingredients are all natural. We use juice from concentrate & natural flavourings in both of our flavours. We then infuse electrolytes (Pink Himalayan Salt (Sodium Chloride), Seaweed derived calcium (Citrate malate), Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate. We also use an acidity regulator (citric acid, which is a natural compound found in many fruits & vegetables) and finally a tiny bit of Stevia to elevate the sweetness without using any added-sugars.

You may need electrolyte supplementation after workouts (even light ones like longer/fast walks or yoga), commuting in the heat, or even when drinking a lot of coffee (coffee is a diuretic, meaning it can cause you to lose fluids more quickly, which may affect your body's balance of essential electrolytes). Even mild sweating or fluid loss can deplete your electrolyte balance. Signs of dehydration include headaches, brain fog, frequent urination, excessive sweating, thirst & dry mouth, dizziness and confusion, muscle cramps, fatigue, etc... Our drinks can be consumed at any time of the day. Our recommended times would be pre/post work out, shortly after waking up (as we are often most dehydrated first thing in the morning) or after a long busy day.
